EcoFeed is an environmentally friendly provider of nutritious animal feed products to the agricultural sector in Southern Africa.  We specialise in proven animal feed products developed specifically from grass as the primary ingredient. While the products are of the highest quality, our unique and disruptive business model enables us to provide the products at an excellent price point.

We manufacture and sell several poultry, rabbit and herbivore feeds and service the Western Cape market from Cape Town.

All products are available in 5kg and 25kg.

Large custom orders can be packed in 40kg on request.

  • All prices include VAT.
  • All prices listed apply to factory pickup at the address listed above. Delivery can be arranged in Cape Town metro area. For large order delivery outside of Cape Town, please discuss with us.
  • Please contact us for your requirements or bulk order discounts.
  • All feed products are in 6mm or 4mm pellet sizes.
  • We are an ACT 36 registered company. We take extra care in quality and regularly test our products to maintain acceptable nutrional values. We endeavour to maintain the highest level of cleanliness in our facilities.
  • This feed is suitable for feeding to Poultry (chickens, ducks, geese and doves), domestic herbivores (dairy and beef cattle, sheep, goats, equines and rabbits) and wild herbivores (ruminant and monogastric species).
  • The feed can be used as a maintenance feed during seasonal or protracted droughts, or as a ration/diet for productive functions (gestation, lactation, growth).
  • Access to additional roughage (veld grazing, pasture, hay, silage, straw, post-harvest fields) is advisable.
  • Quantities to feed may vary from 1% to over 4% of body weight, depending on the species, size and condition of animals being fed, the purpose of feeding, and availability of other feeds.
  • Carefully monitor your animals when you introduce a new feed of any type. Typically, start with small quantities.
  • Store the feed in a cool and dry place protected from the weather or excessive moisture.
  • Always consult with a registered animal nutritionist for more detailed advice.
